At Motochanic we understand that ordering online is not always easy.
Not being able to see the product in person and trying it on for the perfect fit can make you hesitant. That’s why we offer ONE FREE exchange within 30 days of receiving the item, and FREE domestic shipping for qualifying purchases*. This means that if you want to exchange an item, for example if the item doesn’t fit, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label you can print and use to ship the item back to us, we'll send you out the replacement for free, and no restocking fee!
IMPORTANT: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. Merchandise being exchanged must be returned in new condition, unused and with all original manufacturer tickets/tags in their place. All packaging must be in original condition.
If you’re just not satisfied with the product, or if you don't qualify for the Free Exchange Program, you can send it right back to us within 30 days for a refund**. What’s even better is, there is still NO RESTOCKING FEE!

Instructions for Returning or Exchaning an Item by Mail
You can begin a return request by:
Logging in to your Motochanic.com account (My Account) and find your order in the “Completed Orders” Section.
Click on the "Return item(s)" button next to the order you would like to return item(s) on.
Select the quantity to return next to the items you would like to return. Select a reason for the return and select whether you would like an exchange, store credit, or refund. Leave any additional comments that can help expedite your order.
Click the “Submit” button to complete the return request.
Once your return or exchange request is approved you will be notified via email. If this is your first exchange for a particular product, we will then provide you with your prepaid return label by your choice of email or regular mail. If you are requesting a refund or if this is not the first exchange for a particular product, then simply mail us the product. We must receive the item within 10 business days.
Please follow these important packing instructions to ensure your item return is processed correctly:
Secure the item in a shipping box. IMPORTANT: Do not use the manufacturer's packaging as the shipping box
Include the packing slip, all original packaging and all accessories.
Tape the box closed.
Follow the return instructions in the return approval email.
When we receive the original item(s), we will process your request. If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping charges. If you are requesting a replacement item, we will then proceed with shipping your replacement item. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
